Lithium-ion battery uses organic electrolyte, and its development faces many problems and challenges. In contrast, secondary water zinc-ion batteries use neutral water electrolyte, which is itself non-combustible and environmentally friendly, and has intrinsic safety.
In order to pursue the stability of zinc negative electrode in electrochemical reaction, Hanwei Technology optimized the formula of aqueous electrolyte. The new electrolyte is obtained by mixing and adjusting more than ten kinds of effective substances, which has obtained the advantages of high stability and high efficiency, and has made a qualitative leap compared with other industrial products.
At present, Hanwei Technology has the mass production conditions of three major types of positive electrode materials, breaking through the energy density bottleneck of water storage technology, and achieving practical energy storage solutions with high safety and high energy density. Its unique water battery technology increases battery capacity by at least 30% and stable cycle life by 80%.
The traditional adhesive is mainly PVDF, which has a high fluoride content and uses NMP as solvent, which is not conducive to the recycling of materials in the environment and the lower end of the industrial chain. The new adhesive design of Hanwei Technology can effectively improve the stability of the battery and greatly increase the cycle life.
