A "promising seedling" enterprise refers to high-quality tech start-up entities selected and prioritized for cultivation under Hangzhou's Runmiao Program. Targeting hard-tech enterprises with high R&D investment, outstanding innovation capacity and robust industrial growth potential, it serves as a core measure for Hangzhou to foster new-quality productive forces and improve the tiered cultivation system for sci-tech enterprises. The first batch of candidates was shortlisted through multi-layer screening including the "Hang Xiaomiao" AI intelligent assessment and multiple rounds of reviews by industry experts, with only over a thousand enterprises across the city selected.

VASTECH Technology's successful selection this time represents high recognition from relevant authorities of the company's technological innovation, industrial implementation and future growth value in the new energy storage track. In accordance with the *Opinions of the General Office of Hangzhou Municipal People's Government on Implementing the "Runmiao Plan" to Provide Companion Support for the High-quality Development of Technology-based Start-ups*, selected enterprises will receive all-round support including financial grants, R&D subsidies, special loans and R&D risk protection.
