Mr. Fidelis Leite Magalhaes has more than 15 years of policy and government experience, having served as Minister of State and Minister of Law Reform and Parliamentary Affairs in the Council of Ministers of Timor-Leste, and as Chair of the Sustainable Development Forum of the United Nations Economic and Social Council for Asia and the Pacific (2018-2020). Dr. Yao Xianbin was the Director of Regional and Sustainable Development at the Asian Development Bank and has made great contributions to promoting cooperation between the Asian Development Bank and China in the Asia-Pacific region.

Mr. Fidelis Leite Magalhaes and Dr. Yao Xianbin first visited the product exhibition hall and production factory of Vastech Technology to gain an in-depth understanding of the production process and technical advantages of water storage batteries. Known as the "world's most beautiful beach", Timor-Leste has high environmentally friendly requirements for electricity supply technology and equipment. The two sides conducted in-depth exchanges on the development trend and market prospects of new energy storage technologies, discussed the construction of "zero carbon city" in Timor-Leste, and will take the lead in promoting the pilot project of "zero carbon hotel" and "zero carbon museum" in Dili, the capital, and the construction of megawatt-hour "light storage integration" energy storage system and environmentally friendly UPS to support energy storage scenarios with high safety and environmental protection requirements. Mr. Fidelis Leite Magalhaes and Dr. Yao Xianbin spoke highly of Vastech Technology's achievements in the field of water storage batteries, and expressed confidence in the future of new energy storage technology.

During his trip to China, Mr. Fidelis Leite Magalhaes went to the Asian Infrastructure Bank, the Asian Development Bank and Zhejiang Vastech Technology Co., LTD., and attended the discussion and exchange with the co-founders of Vastech at the World Trade Center, and had an active discussion on the future infrastructure construction and new technology development in the Asia-Pacific region. And reached consensus on the direction of future cooperation.
