Professor Dan Brett and the technical team of Lianwin Laser conducted extensive technical exchanges, and the two sides carried out technical communication on the automation scheme of high rate water cell, and reached a preliminary cooperation intention in the direction of welding, shell transfer, MEMS system construction and other directions. Especially in laser welding, the two sides agreed that laser welding on the battery assembly and packaging segment of the significance of the pivotal, due to its high proportion of equipment, process difficulty, strict quality control requirements, welding quality will greatly affect the internal resistance and heat production of the battery cell under high current conditions, and then affect the product yield. Therefore, this cooperation will greatly enhance the development of water battery technology, and bring dual advantages to both sides in technology and market.
