In May 2024, Zhejiang Vastech Technology Co., Ltd. and China Lantian Jilin Province Runhe Enwang Energy Co., Ltd. signed a technical cooperation agreement on "extreme cold region energy storage demonstration project", which aims to promote the application and development of energy storage technology in extreme climate conditions, and will pilot 3MWh demonstration project for extreme cold region energy storage in Jilin Province Taonan area.

In recent years, with the accelerated layout of new energy technologies, the demand for energy storage in extremely cold regions has continued to increase. Efficient storage and utilization of energy in extremely cold areas is of great significance to the further popularization of new energy technologies.

In the future, the two sides also hope to expand cooperation to more new energy projects and technology development, and jointly promote the development of sustainable energy technology.
