Recently, Vastech Technology participated in an academic conference on social environmental sustainable development and corporate governance (ESG), and expressed views and insights on the topic of "How enterprise ESG governance can promote environmental ecological protection and sustainable development". Hosted by the Joint Research Center on Human Capital and Sustainable Innovation of Tsinghua University-Rice University and moderated by Professor Chi Wei, Assistant Dean and Associate Professor of the School of Economics and Management of Tsinghua University, the conference brought together a large number of scholars and business representatives to discuss practical issues of social environment, sustainable development and corporate governance.

During the conference, the representatives of Vastech Technology and the experts and scholars present actively discussed ESG practice cases, dug deeply into the development trend of ESG in China under the background of sustainable development era, and explored the new path of enterprise ESG practice. Second, companies should play a bigger role in fulfilling their social responsibilities, such as through social activities, employee care, and improving social responsibility standards in the supply chain. Finally, strengthening corporate governance is key to advancing the ESG concept, which requires companies to be more transparent and accountable in their decision-making processes, ensuring that the interests of stakeholders are balanced and protected.
